We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. If your area is not covered, we will contact you before dispatch.
02Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so we can confirm and deliver quickly.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, Eid, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays.

05Payment on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
06Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
07Failed or Refused Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, or the parcel is refused without a valid reason, the order may be returned and cancelled. Please keep your phone available around your delivery date.
08Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, take a photo or video and contact us within 24 hours. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
